Can I start using Katalog today?
Yes, Katalog is live. Pick the Basic or Pro plan and you can begin saving articles right away, with two complimentary audio generations to help you try the listening experience.
How do plans and usage limits work?
Both plans track two things each month: how many articles you save and how many narrations you generate. We optimize every article you add for audio, so each successful save or narration simply counts against that month's allowance and then resets on the 1st.
Do you have an iOS or Android app?
Katalog runs great on the web today, and our iOS app is in TestFlight with a public release coming soon.
What about a browser extension?
Yes, we have a browser extension that allows you to save articles from any website to Katalog. It's available for Chrome only for now. You can install it from the Chrome Web Store.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your existing library stays intact—you can keep reading and listening to anything you already processed. New saves or narrations become available again as soon as the next month begins.
How does Katalog differ from apps like Pocket?
Katalog is built to be audio-first. We clean up every article, generate high-quality narration, and let you interact hands-free—ask questions, take notes, or highlight moments while you listen. You can still read the transcript, but listening is the default experience.
Can I cancel or get discounted pricing?
Absolutely. Manage billing directly in Katalog, cancel whenever you need, and your plan remains active until the end of the current cycle. Annual Basic and Pro subscriptions include a 20% discount, and we’re lining up special pricing for students, educators, and nonprofits—reach out if you qualify.
